粉紅色的大象就給人不真實的感覺，所以這句話是指喝太多酒產生的幻覺
*Anyone who hears his story thinks he sees pink elephants. He drank too much last night. 任何一個聽到他的說法的人都覺得他看到幻覺了。他昨天晚上喝很多酒。
